As a trial lawyer at Foster Yarborough PLLC, I am passionate about winning cases for our clients in various fields, such as technology, real estate, medicine, finance, energy, and shipping.
Since joining Ben to form Foster Yarborough in 2022, I have achieved remarkable results for our clients, including winning a jury verdict that more than doubled our client's actual damages, two multimillion-dollar arbitration awards, seven appeals, two take-nothing dismissals, and "unsubstantiated" findings in multiple internal investigations. I also serve on the Plaintiffs’ Interim Steering Committee of the In re Meta Pixel Tax Filing Cases. As we build our class-action dockets, my colleagues and I have filed three data-privacy class actions in Texas federal courts this year alone. And we are investigating dozens of other similar claims.
I started my career at one of the country's premier litigation boutiques and served as a briefing attorney to two distinguished judges. I earned my law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where I graduated in the top 10% of my class, served on The Texas Law Review, and fought for underdog clients in the Supreme Court and Workers’ Rights Clinics.
Patrick earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, served on the Texas Law Review, and fought for underdog clients at UT Law’s Supreme Court and Transnational Workers’ Rights Clinics. Patrick also has bachelor’s degree in English from Georgetown University and speaks Spanish conversationally.
I am admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas. I am also admitted to practice in Mississippi.
